When young Frédéric Chopin visited Rusinów, Józef swooned by listening to him playing piano. His parents were count Józef Wielhorski and Salomea Dembińska (daughter of Wolbromska). Józef Wielhorski was born in Rusinów, Radom Governorate, in 1817 or 1818.
